We'll use our construction background to assist you in seeing things you may have missed in your meetings with your builder or architect. We also work side by side with local builders to assist in selections and decision making while helping to maintain communication and streamline the entire building process. We love giving our clients the ability to make the space into exactly what they envision for their dream home!
SMALL SCALE
REDESIGN
This (mainly) demo-free option is the perfect way to update your space. We'll conduct an in-person (or virtual, in some cases) walkthrough of your home and determine which cosmetic changes are needed. These changes can range from assisiting in furntiure selection and upgrading your lighting to resurfacing a fireplace or adding a wall treatment. As always, we'll work within your budget to help transform your space.
LARGE SCALE
REDESIGN
We specialize in construction oversight. Whether it's a single room makeover, new flooring throughout your home, an entire kitchen renovation, or brand new construction from the ground up, we've got the experience and the contractors to make it happen. We work with a select group of high quality subcontractors and craftsmen across Delmarva and don't settle for mediocre work (and neither do they!).
