Patty Falck, Founder
Patty's love for the arts and home design started decades ago. She attended The Maryland Institute College of Art and has had years of experience in home design, art, textiles, and color theory. In 1996 she opened a retail store, called TaDa, in downtown Berlin, MD. Her husband Steve was a custom homebuilder and successfully ran Stephen Falck Construction (with some design assistance from Patty) from 1990 until he was diagnosed with a terminal illness in 2009. Patty sold TaDa in 2017 and immediately started getting inquiries for design services. TaDa Interiors launched and it was an easy transition to a new career path.

Brooke Hahn, Lead Designer
Brooke’s love for construction and design started at a young age while watching her parents, Patty & Steve, grow their businesses. Some of her favorite childhood memories are visiting construction sites with her Dad and creating punch lists as well as driving around on Sundays looking at homes old and new in the area. After college she planned on working with her Dad and eventually running his construction company, but his diagnosis changed those plans. She pivoted and worked as a teacher for 8 years, however her passion for home design never wavered. As TaDa Interiors started to grow she was able to leave teaching and focus on a new family business. She has a true knack for re-envisioning spaces and is instrumental in each design.
Courtney Hill, Head of Operations
Courtney and Brooke have been friends for over 20 years, so it felt only natural when Courtney joined the team in 2024 as Head of Operations. With a background spanning education and hospitality management, she brings calm, clarity, and organization to even the busiest days. Courtney is the glue that keeps everything moving smoothly — maintaining schedules, coordinating communication between clients, designers, and contractors, and keeping the entire team focused and on track. Simply put, if things are running seamlessly, Courtney is probably behind it.
